Weekly Coaching
This Coaching is crafted for the individuals that want optimal results. First, we will meet via zoom to assess everything from your goals, previous training history, movement patterns, macrocycle timelines, and more! From there I will create an entirely customized training cycle and movement preparation template around your needs and goals!
This isn’t just a program but instead a fully tailored training cycle. The volume, intensity, exercise selection, frequency, and more will change weekly/monthly to ultimately help you reach your peak for either strength or body composition. The movement preparation template will detail exactly what mobility exercises, stability drills, and activation exercise you will need to perform to move optimally and stay healthy. Along the way, we will meet weekly via zoom where I have you send over training footage from the week along with a training log and we assess everything!
Technique alterations, mobility assessments, movement preparations, program updates, mental direction, and everything else will be covered during these meetings. You will know exactly what you need to do in the next upcoming week to ensure you are prepared for maximal results.

This Coaching is crafted for the individuals that want optimal results on a monthly basis. . You get everything listed in the Weekly Coaching” however we will only meet monthly via zoom. We will assess everything the same from training footage, program responsiveness, technique/mobility restrictions, and more. While this won’t be as detailed as weekly coaching, it’s still more hands-on than most coaching options out there. The monthly meetings will lead you in the right direction to maximize technique, strength, body composition, and overall results.

Nutrition Guidance
I do not believe in just coaching clients or body composition clients for nutrition. A client’s training cycle must be programmed around nutrition and vice versa for maximal results. What you will get with this coaching option is a thorough macronutrient breakdown for multiple days throughout the week along with nutritional guidelines to maximize results of your training, fat loss goals, meet prep weight class, and more.
We will meet via skype or you will fill out the questionnaire (depending on which coaching you choose) where I will ask you a host of questions regarding your nutrition/lifestyle and more. I will customize this to not only maximize results but sustainability as well! Refeed systems, overloading offseason weak point days, carb cycling, and more are all tactics I will use to ensure you are progressing optimally.
You may also pay for this coaching separately if you only wish for nutrition/macro guidance independent of the other coaching options.
