This package is for those who want a perfectly laid out training cycle for however many weeks to get them ready for a meet, develop offseason strength/movement development, build maximum muscle, or drop body fat!

I will design the exercise selection myself, volume, intensity, training frequency, and more to your exact needs, goals, gym equipment access, and timeline.

Sports Training

If you are an athlete looking to take your game to the next level, NOW is the time to book a call with Me. With experience competing at the elite levels in Texas, sports training certifications, gaining training knowledge amongst athletes/coaches at the professional level for multiple sports, and working with athletes ages 14-25 for the last several years, I have the tools and knowledge to help athletes CRUSH their goals and make it to the next level.

I offer sports performance training in both San Antonio, Tx Monday-Friday and in Katy, Tx Saturday, Sunday. Whether you are an athlete in SAISD, KISD, NCAA, etc, Coach I offer state-of-the-art facilities in two separate locations to help my athletes reach their peak.

Power 5 Performance

At Power 5 Performance in Katy, Tx, I offer a weekend TWO-A-DAY style training program available to athletes ages 14 and up. This weekend training includes two weight lifting sessions and two skills training sessions at the state of the art, Power 5 Performance training facility. These sessions may be done in groups or in private.

HASfit delivers the best personal training in San Antonio. We offer training in the HASfit gym, In-home personal training, and even virtual sessions to meet you anywhere in the world.
